Terms, Conditions and Instructions
This is a "Request for Letters of Interest" for the "Onsite Homebuilders for the Sheppard Square HOPE VI Revitalization".

Thru this "Letters of Interest", the LMHA is seeking to develop a list of qualified homebuilders to construct up to 23 homeownership units for qualified home purchasers. This proposal has no "real" closing date for that reason (a period of a year has been posted for the purpose of managing this RFQ).
