Question Body:
Does your Authority use a fee accountant, or do you have all accounting perfomed in house with a Controller or Chief Financial Officer?
What software do you use to process tenant accounting transactions?
Could you provide a copy of your previous audit so programs, findings or other Required Supplementary Information could be viewed?
Have you had any other external audits or reviews conducted in the past year besides your annual Independent Auditor report? For example, IG, HUD, etc.
Has there been any changes in key management personnel since the last audit period- upper management?
