Does this indicate that KHA anticipates $150,000 to be the minimum of design fees issued under the entire 5-year IDIQ?
Essentially, I'm asking about the parameters of the IDIQ contract:
1. Is there a maximum for the entire IDIQ contract? If so, is it a maximum per year or a maximum for the entire 5-year period?
2. Is there a guaranteed minimum per contract year?
3. Does the "greater than $150,000" phrase refer to design fees or total construction costs?
