Considering that this is an IDIQ, I'm guessing that you'll want us to put together an entire team (Prime Contractor with subconsultants). Is that correct?
Or, are you looking for qualifications from a variety of firms (e.g., ones that provide only architecture, firms that provide only structural engineering, etc.) in order to create what you believe will be the best overall team for the task orders issued under the awarded IDIQ?
