To Whom It May Concern:
Thank you for the opportunity to submit questions regarding HACA-21-P-0240 (Project Based Vouchers). The following questions are being submitted on behalf of Vecino Group, Caritas Austin and Libertad Austin:
1. The Project Based Application states that persons must be chronically homeless. Can you please provide the definition in which "chronically homeless" will be defined?
2. The RFP calls for no more than 25% of units to be project based. Will that number be rounded up? For example, if the total number of units is 198 and our application will request 50 vouchers, that is 25.2%. Is that percentage acceptable?
3. What definition of family will be used? For example, will two adults in a family be defined as family, or do children under the age of 18 need to be present in the household.
