Hello,
Section 6.2.1 of the RFP states that if the proposer has any clauses that the proposer wishes to include, they must send them in writing prior to the question deadline. If selected to provide services, Burke, Williams & Sorensen, LLP would like to insert the term "negligent" before "act" and "failure to act" in Section 11.19 (including its subsections) of the contract.
