You are required to submit your proposed pricing on the eProcurement Internet site only. By placing your pricing within the eProcurement system, it will allow us to utilize the evaluation module of the software and help stay in compliance with our evaluation guidelines along with protecting your pricing until after the proposal due date and time. It also allows us to quickly notify you of the evaluation results electronically after the award has been made. If you do not submit your proposed pricing within this system, you WILL be considered non-responsive for not following instructions.

You may also email your proposal to Pia Navarro as indicated in the RFP; however, the emailed proposal will not be considered the official RFP response. A hard copy of the proposals is not required.
