Terms, Conditions and Instructions

The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA) will receive bids for: Licensed Mechanical Contractor for HVAC Repair or Replacement of Rooftop Hail Damaged units.
MDHA is seeking a licensed mechanical contractor to repair damage to roof top units due to a hail storm in 2021. Qualifications: The person(s) replacing and repairing the units and their supervisor shall be licensed and personally experienced in all phases of HVAC mechanical work and shall have been regularly employed by the company performing the work for a minimum of 5 years.
