Bid Submittal Format
Bidders must submit one (1) copy of the bid submittal, including extending tabs, in a sealed package, properly addressed.

So that the Agency can properly evaluate the offers received, all such hard-copy bid submittals must be formatted in accordance with the sequence noted below.
