A Pre-Bid conference will be held at 9:00 AM (CST) on Thursday, May 2, 2024, Montgomery Housing Authority, 525 S. Lawrence St., Montgomery, Alabama 36104. Contractors are encouraged to attend. Contractors will have an opportunity to inspect the units with the Project Manager after the Pre-Bid meeting.

Sealed bids will be accepted at the Montgomery Housing Authority, 525 South Lawrence Street, Montgomery, Alabama, 36104, by mail in a bid package prior to the date and time noted above to the attention of Sheila Brown, Procurement Department. Late submissions will not be accepted.
