PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this RFQ you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this RFQ with a proposal submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid." Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this RFQ.
We have received the following requests for information and hereby respond to each:
(1) QUESTION. Can we get errors and omissions insurance if we are selected?
AGENCY RESPONSE. If a firm does not have Professional Liability coverage already in place at the time the proposal is submitted (which we believe is what this firm is implying), then the firm can enter the following language on the 2nd page of the Profile of Firm form where the Professional Liability number is entered: “Pending—will have prior to contract award.” As an additional thought, we actually have never heard of an Architectural and/or Engineering firm that does not have Professional Liability coverage already in place, so if a proposer does have the coverage, we strongly recommend that firm enters the pertinent information on the heretofore referenced 2nd page of the Profile of Firm form.
