PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this RFQ, you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this RFQ with a proposal submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid". Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this proposal.

MPHA held a non-mandatory pre-proposal conference on April 4, 2017. Attached is a copy of the sign-in sheet from the conference. MPHA cautions all prospective proposers that, as this conference was not mandatory, there may be (and probably are) additional firms that did not attend the conference that may intend to submit a proposal. As a result of the conference, MPHA received the following requests for information and hereby responds to each:

(1) QUESTION. Will you be forming two different pools; one for asbestos abatement and one for lead abatement?
ANSWER: Yes, the MPHA will form two separate pools. The Contractor should clearly state under Tab No. 4 within the proposal submittal, which services they provide.
