PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this RFQ, you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this RFQ with a proposal submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid". Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this proposal.

We have received the following request for information and hereby respond to it:

(1) QUESTION. Section 3.0 and down talks about the bid bonds, etc. Is this required on the 26th when the proposal is due or is it due if we are picked for a job in the future?
AGENCY RESPONSE. Section 3.5 Potential Bonds, is regarding future Invitations for Bids that will be solicited to the Pool of Abatement Contractors. There are no bonding requirements as part of this Request for Qualifications.

(2) QUESTION. We are considered Section 3 and have the certification. I am assuming then we do not have to fill the forms out to “qualify” for that?
AGENCY RESPONSE. Per Section 3.1 Tab 8 Section 3 Business Preference Documentation (Optional Item), “For any proposer claiming a Section 3 Business Preference, he/she shall under this tab include the fully completed and executed Section 3 Business Preference Certification Form attached as Attachment E and any documentation required by that form.” Even if the Contractor is Section 3 certified, we are requesting the Contractor still submit the Attachment E and any additional documentation requested within this form.
