PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this RFQ you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this RFQ with a proposal submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid." Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this RFQ.

(1) PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE. We recently issued some conflicting information pertaining to this Conference (we are grateful to those firms that called this to our attention.). To clarify, as we detailed within the previously issued Addendum #1, the Pre-proposal Conference will be held at 2:00 PM ET, this coming Thursday, April 29, 2021. Though prospective respondents can attend in person, we also hereby offer the following detailed “Zoom” option so that firms can, if they wish, attend remotely. Those attending in-person will be required to follow all typical COVID procedures pertaining to social spacing and wearing a mask.
