PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this RFQ you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this RFQ with a proposal submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid." Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this RFQ.

(1) VERY IMPORTANT REVISION TO THE RFQ 1.0 DOCUMENT. The proposal submittal to be delivered to our Agency is detailed within Section 3.1, Table No. 4, of the RFQ 1.0 Document. Within several Sections of the RFQ 1.0 Document we state the requirement to submit a total of “3 copies” of the aforementioned proposal submittal.” Those “several sections” are within the right-hand column of Table No. 2 on Page 3 of the RFQ 1.0 Document, and within Section 3.5 on Page 19 of the same Document. Our ‘IMPORTANT REVISION” to this requirement is that proposals no longer need to submit “3 copies of the aforementioned proposal submittal,” we hereby revise the requirement to only 1 copy of the proposal submittal.

(2) PERTAINING TO THE PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE held earlier today, Thursday, April 29, 2021, please see for your perusal a copy of the Sign-in Sheet that was completed at this Conference. Please remember, pursuant to pertinent HUD regulation, attendance at this Conference was not mandatory; accordingly, there may be, and most likely are, a number of firms that chose to attend and may intend to, and probably will, submit a proposal in response to this RFQ.
