Minneapolis Public Housing Authority (MPHA) received the following questions from potential proposal responders. Below each question is MPHA’s response.
1. QUESTION. Can you please provide the last 2 years, Total Gross revenue for all the locations.
MPHA’S RESPONSE. The gross revenue in 2015 from MPHA’s laundry machines was $309,316.12 and the gross revenue in 2016 was $301,303.52. MPHA anticipates increased revenue in the next year as some of the machine rates have increased in the last year.
2. QUESTION. Can we walk all the laundry rooms? this is to check the utilities and venting systems.
MPHA’S RESPONSE. No, vendors will not be able to visit all MPHA laundry rooms as many of the laundry rooms are locked at all times.
3. QUESTION. Can we also get an extension to the proposal due date: to April 21, 2017?
MPHA’S RESPONSE. No, all proposals must be received by the submittal deadline of April 3, 2017 at 3:00 PM CST.
4. QUESTION. Are you able to provide complete financial records for the MPHA from your current vendor and what they are currently paying?
MPHA’S RESPONSE. MPHA is unclear on what exactly is being asked, but is assuming this question is inquiring about the gross revenue. Please see MPHA’s answer to question 1 of this addendum for that information.
