Minneapolis Public Housing Authority (MPHA) received the following questions from a potential proposal responder. Below each question is MPHA’s response.
1. QUESTION. Looking for actual revenue statements that MPHA has received from the current vendor – is that something you would be able to provide? 1 year if possible?
MPHA’S RESPONSE. MPHA and MHRC do not have any revenue statements from the current vendor.
2. QUESTION. Also, would you be able to provide a copy of the last contract with the current vendor?
MPHA’S RESPONSE. Please see Attachment 1 to this addendum for the last contract. Please note that this was last extended in 2010.
