Minneapolis Public Housing Authority (MPHA) hereby extends the proposal submittal deadline to Monday, April 10, 2017 at 3:00 PM CST.
MPHA hereby revises the meter rate for 45 minutes of dryer time for single-load dryers to state $1.00 in Section 2.2 on page 6 of the RFP document.
MPHA also received the following questions from a potential proposer. Below each question is MPHA’s response.
1. QUESTION. Was the previously stated 2015 income of $309,316.12 and 2016 income of $301,303.52, the amount MPHA received from BDS or were these figures the total amounts collected from the machines?
MPHA’S RESPONSE. The $309,316.12 and $301,303.52 dollar amounts were the total amounts collected from the machines in those respective years. The Minneapolis Highrise Representative Council (MHRC) received $223,016.92 in 2015 and $217,239.84 in 2016 from the current vendor.
2. QUESTION. We noticed in the previous contract, BDS is required to provide a written statement of collections with every payment they make to MHPA/MHRC. Could you provide the last 3-6 months of statements MHPA has received?
MPHA’S RESPONSE. We are not able to provide any statements of collections as MPHA and MHRC have not been receiving written statements of collections from the current vendor.
3. QUESTION. Would MHPA allow a second option to be submitted from the same vendor?
MPHA’S RESPONSE. No. Proposers shall only submit one proposal for this RFP.
We are grateful for your interest in doing business with MPHA. We look forward to receiving a proposal submittal from your firm.
Regards,
Ayla LeRoy
