QUESTION:

Attachment 'A' Form of Proposal SECTION 3 STATEMENT asks if the Business wants to claim a Section 3 business preference and if Yes, select which Priority are you claiming under Tab C. Tab C is the Attachment C-1 which further states that applicant should see Document 3.0 most specifically document 2.0. The question is this. Where are the priority selections that the applicant can chose from to claim Section 3 business preference? Also, where is Document 3, most specifically document 2.0?


AGENCY RESPONSE:

First, to clarify, what is being referred to in the above question as "Tab C" actually reads "Tab 9". Under Tab 9 of the hard-copy proposal, respondents who are claiming a Section 3 Business Preference shall include the fully completed and executed Section 3 Business Preference Certification Form attached as "Attachment C" and any documentation required by that form. Please see [Table No. 3] starting on Page 11 of the RFP document for details regarding the 10-tab formatted hard-copy proposal required of each respondent.

Secondly, the priority sections from which applicants can choose to claim Section 3 business preference can be found in [Table No. 6a] on Page 20 of the main RFP document. Therefore, the statement in Section 6.1.1 of Attachment C-1, that the applicant should "(see Document 3.0, most specifically Section 2.0 thereon)" is inaccurate and should be revised to read, "see [Table No. 6a] on Page 20 of the RFP document". I apologize for the confusion.
