PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this RFP, you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this RFP with a proposal submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid". Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this RFP.

We have received the following requests for information and hereby respond to each:

(1) QUESTION. How can we obtain or see a copy of the prior year's audit report?
AGENCY RESPONSE. The most recent audit is already included as a part of the RFP documents issued as Attachment H.

(2) QUESTION. Were there any audit findings or management comments associated with the prior year's audit? If so how can we see them?
AGENCY RESPONSE. Please see the information within Attachment H.

(3) QUESTION. How many years has the previous year's auditors' been performing the audit for the Authority?
AGENCY RESPONSE. 2008.

(4) QUESTION. Will the prior year's auditors be authorized to bid on the current year's RFP?
AGENCY RESPONSE. Yes.

(5) QUESTION. I believe that accounting consulting serves were sought by the Authority recently. Was an outside consulting firm hired to perform the accounting procedures for the Authority?
AGENCY RESONSE. Yes, the Agency retained the firm of Hawkins Ash CPAs, LLP of La Crosse, WI.

(5a) If so would the selected auditor be working directly with full time employees of the Authority or an outside consultant.
AGENCY RESPONSE. The selected auditor will work with both Agency staff and the firm of Hawkins Ash.

(6) QUESTION. Prior to the due date for submission of the proposal for audit services is it possible to visit the Authority and perform a preliminary review of the Authority's books of accounts?
AGENCY RESPONSE. No, we do not believe that this is necessary, especially because the time for Agency staff that it would take would be very burdensome to our Agency.
