PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this RFP you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this RFP with a proposal submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid." Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this RFP.

We have received the following request for information and hereby respond:

(1) QUESTION. What creative collateral material will be needed?

AGENCY RESPONSE. The nature and extent of creative collateral material authorized will be based on the consultant’s recommendations.

(2) QUESTION. Will we need to print aforementioned creative collateral?

AGENCY RESPONSE. Yes. The Agency will reimburse for these costs upon prior approval of the expenditure.

(3) QUESTION. Is there a budget for printed materials? Are we allowed to use our own vendors and bill for it?

AGENCY RESPONSE. The Agency does not have a set budget for printed materials. The successful proposer may use their own vendors and bill for it upon MHA’s approval.

(4) QUESTION. What current list of contacts exists in order to mobilize and coalition build? Will we have to expand this list? Will we have access to this list?

AGENCY RESPONSE. The Agency has lists of people who have attended prior public meetings as well as smaller stakeholder meetings. That information would be available to the consultant. The Agency would support continuing efforts to mobilize and build coalitions.

(5) QUESTION. What is the budget for all involved pieces of this campaign?

AGENCY RESPONSE. That has not been determined.

(6) QUESTION. Are the total hours by senior and junior consultants capped at 300 hours?

AGENCY RESPONSE. No. The listed hours are for calculating purposes only.

(7) QUESTION. Are we allowed to subcontract work as needed for additional outreach?

AGENCY RESPONSE. Yes. Please follow the instructions in the RFP regarding identifying subcontractors.

(8) QUESTION. Is there a budget for digital outreach, and are we allowed to use our own vendors, and bill for it?

AGENCY RESPONSE. A budget has not been established. Yes, you are able to utilize own vendors and bill for it upon prior approval by MHA.

(9) QUESTION. Is there a project timeline (e.g. community meetings, internal meetings and goals)?

AGENCY RESPONSE. MHA would like to have a developer partner on board by the end of the year.

(10) QUESTION. For all printed materials, digital media and communications, are we allowed to charge a commission, if so is there a cap on the amount of commission that can be charged?

AGENCY RESPONSE. No, a commission may not be charged.
