PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this RFP, you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this RFP with a proposal submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid". Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this RFP.
(1) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. There is a possibility that two of the properties, 2260-2280 Chestnut Street and 353 North “I” Street, may be disposed of at some point after our Agency receives proposals or, more likely, after the Agency executes a contract with the top-rated firm. If such occurs (remember, this occurrence is a possibility, not a “given”), The successful proposer will decrease his/her proposed or awarded fee by a pro-rated share representing the elimination of the units. For example:
(1a) There are now a total of 42 applicable units to be managed that are listed within Section 2.1 of the RFP 1.0 Document issued.
(1b) The number of units at the above noted properties that may be sold total 15, which means that, if sold, the number of units being managed would drop by 36%.
(1c) Accordingly, the fee the Agency pays to the chosen Management Firm (successful proposer) would drop by 36% once the Firm is no longer managing those units.
