We have received the following requests for information and hereby respond to each (NOTE: Any reference following to a section number such as “2.1.8” is a Section reference within the RFP 1.0 Document issued):
(1) QUESTION: 2.1.8 Are any of these sites identified for funding procurement, meaning, are there any plans to layer other funding for rehab pending on any of the properties?
AGENCY RESPONSE: No.
(2) QUESTION: 2.2.1 Is there a current lease agreement available for review?
AGENCY RESPONSE: Yes. Please see the attached copies of sample lease agreements.
