PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for Request For Proposals (RFP) No. 8162018- On-call Plumbing/Sewer & Drain Services, you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this RFP, you may want to access the Internet System and mark "No Bid." Once you have done so, you will no longer receive notices pertaining to this RFP.
(1) Pre-Proposal Conference Sign-in Sheet: Per the RFP documents, a pre-proposal conference was held on Tuesday, August 28, 2018, at 10:00 am EST. Attachment #1 contains the sign-in sheet for the pre-quote conference.
(2) Additional Pricing Item: We have added an additional pricing item as Lot #3 Under-slab Leak Detection.
The proposed fees are all-inclusive of all related costs that the successful proposer will incur to provide the noted services, including, but not limited to: employee wages and benefits; clerical support; overhead; profit; licensing; insurance; materials; supplies; tools; equipment; long distance telephone calls; document copying not specifically agreed to by the Agency; etc.
(3) Questions & Answer Period Reopened: Due to the additional pricing item, the Housing Authority of Savannah has decided to reopen the Question & Answer Period for one week. The new deadline to submit questions in the e-Procurement system is Thursday, September 13, 2018, at 5:00 pm ET.
(4) Deadline Extension: Due to the additional pricing item and the reopening of the Question & Answer Period, the Housing Authority of Savannah has decided to extend the Submittal Deadline to Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at 3:00 pm ET.
GAUGE LEVEL OF INTEREST. So that we can gauge the level of interest in this RFP, if you have not previously done so, please indicate, where provided within the Internet system, whether or not (i.e. "Will Submit" or "No Bid") you anticipate delivering to us a quote in response to this RFP.
