PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this RFP, you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this RFP with a proposal submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid". Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this RFP.

(1) EXTENSION OF DEADLINES. Our Agency hereby extends the following noted deadlines pertaining to this RFP:

(1a) The DEADLINE TO ASK QUESTIONS is hereby extended until 3:00 PM ET on Monday, September 24, 2018; and

(1b) The PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL DEADLINE is hereby extended until 3:00 PM ET on Wednesday, October 3, 2018.

(1c) If your firm has already delivered your sealed hard-copy proposal to the Agency and has already submitted your proposed costs online within the eProcurement Marketplace, these extensions do not require any additional effort on your part. Our Agency will continue to keep any sealed hard-copy proposals received safe and sealed, and whereas the eProcurement Marketplace is a sealed software, our Agency cannot see any proposed pricing until after the proposal submittal deadline has expired.

We are grateful for your interest in doing business with our Agency and we look forward to receiving a proposal submittal from your firm.
