(1) EXTENSION OF DEADLINES. We hereby extend the following deadlines:
(1a) The Deadline to Ask Questions is hereby extended to 3:00 PM ET on Monday, October 15, 2018; and
(1b) The Proposal Submittal Deadline is hereby extended to 3:00 PM ET on Wednesday, October 24, 2018.
