Within the previously issued Addendum #3 we responded to a request for information to share what the Agency is “currently paying for elevator service/maintenance.” We attached to that addendum what we intended to be the requested information; however, the information within that attachment was incorrect (it was pricing for another unrelated contract). Please see the attached information with the correct pricing requested. We regret any inconvenience that this error may have caused.
