(1) EXTENSION OF DEADLINES. We hereby extend the following deadlines:
(1a) The Deadline to Ask Questions is extended until 3:00 PM PT on Monday, 11/12/2018; and
(1b) The Proposal Submittal Deadline is extended until 3:00 PM PT on Wednesday, 11/21/2018.
