PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this RFP you will continue to receive these notices. If you do not plan to respond to this RFP with a proposal submittal, you may want to access the Internet System and mark "No Bid." Once you have done such, you will no longer receive any notices pertaining to this RFP.
(1) CLARIFICATION: Due to an unforeseen delay in responding to an incoming question from a potential proposer on the eProcurement site, the Agency has chosen to extend the Q & A Deadline and Submittal Deadline. The answer to the question regarding the Pruning Schedule is being drafted and will be posted early next week (via Addendum #2) and there will be an additional period where questions can be asked and answered prior to the newly established deadline. Please see deadline extensions below.
(2) DEADLINE EXTENSIONS: We have extended the following deadlines:
(1a) the Q & A Deadline extended until 2:00 pm, Thursday, 11/01/2018; and
(1b) the Bid Submittal Deadline until 2:00 pm, Thursday, 11/08/2018.
(3) GAUGE LEVEL OF INTEREST: So that we can gauge the level of interest in this RFP, if you have not previously done so, please indicate, where provided within the Internet system, as to whether or not (i.e. "Will Submit" or "No Bid") you anticipate delivering to us a proposal submittal in response to this RFP.
