We have received the following requests for information and hereby respond to each:
(1) QUESTION: Pruning & Trimming are listed as quarterly in the schedule of work chart. Will there be an adjustment to allow for additional trimming during the higher growth months or rainy season?
AGENCY RESPONSE: Pruning Bushes and Trimming Property Lines have been revised and will now follow the property cut schedule. All bushes and shrubs will be maintained in a trimmed condition, per the revised Attachment H-1 (Schedule of Work Chart) and the revised 1.0 Document Section 3.2, Table No. 4 attached hereto. The changes are also reflected in the online pricing line items in the eProcurement site as applicable.
(2) GAUGE LEVEL OF INTEREST: So that we can gauge the level of interest in this RFP, if you have not previously done so, please indicate, where provided within the Internet system, as to whether or not (i.e. "Will Submit" or "No Bid") you anticipate delivering to us a proposal submittal in response to this RFP.
