3.2.1.7 7 2 Months Firm-fixed Monthly Fee for the two-month period of increased work while the Financial Support Specialist is on Leave of Absence.
3.2.1.7 Lump-sum Cost Breakdown. The Agency may, and probably will, require the Contractor to, after contract execution, breakdown each of the Firm-fixed Annual Audit Fees into a proportional fee for each of the Agency’s programs detailed within the preceding Section 2.1 herein. This breakdown shall be based on the Contractor’s actual level of effort and expense for each such program and a detailed list of such shall be submitted to the Agency by the Contractor when directed by the Agency justifying the Contractor’s figures.
