I’m writing to inquire about the RFP. We’re interested, but concerned that our location in ******** could be a issue for the HA.

Would it be possible to have a phone conversation.

The following response was sent:
As a fairness threshold for all potential respondents, the procurement department is not permitted to have unshared personal contact with potential respondents prior to the response due date. We strongly recommend that you provide your question(s) through this medium. We will do our best to answer your question(s). For the referenced issue, as a general principle, location of a potential contractor is not a consideration during the evaluation process provided that the contracted services, including adequate communication during the course of performing the services, can be performed as expected.
