PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this RFP you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this RFP with a proposal submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid." Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this RFP.
Please take notice of the information following:
(1) PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE. Attached hereto for your perusal is a copy of the Agenda and Sign-in Sheets pertaining to the Pre-proposal Conference that was recently held on April 24, 2019.
(1a) Please note that this Pre-proposal conference was, pursuant to relevant HUD procurement regulation, not mandatory, so be aware that there may be (and probably are) additional firms that did not attend this Pre-proposal that may intend to respond with a proposal.
(1b) We do not publish any minutes pertaining to the Pre-proposal. At this Conference we only addressed information already issued. There were a number of questions asked pertaining to information not issued. We directed such questions to be delivered to us in writing and, once received, we will respond to such questions by issuance of an addendum that will be available to all potential proposers.
