PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this RFP, you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this RFP with a proposal submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid". Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this RFP.
We have received the following request for information and hereby respond as noted:
(1) QUESTION. What is the RTO / RPO time objectives you are looking for related to Disaster Recovery and non-Disaster Recovery scenarios?
AGENCY RESPONSE. The objective would be to have system restored within 24 hours of a disaster. The RPO is I understand it correctly should be restored to a time within a day prior to the disaster.
(2) QUESTION. Outside of HIPPA are there any other additional data compliance requirements?
AGENCY RESPONSE. Standard data confidentiality is required.
(3) QUESTION. How long are your data retention requirements to hold archive data for?
AGENCY RESPONSE. The range is from three to ten years depending on the type of data.
(4) QUESTION. How long are your data retention requirements to hold production data for?
AGENCY RESPONSE. Production data is not a term we use so there is no way to provide guidance beyond the answer in number 3 above.
(5) EXTENSION OF DEADLINES. With issuance of this addendum, pursuant to pertinent HUD regulation, we hereby extend the following deadlines:
(5a) The DEADLINE TO ASK QUESTIONS is hereby extended until 3:00 PM PT on Tuesday, May 28, 2019; and
(5b) The DEADLINE TO SUBMIT PROPOSALS is hereby extended until 3:00 PM PT on Wednesday, June 5, 2019.
(5c) If you have already submitted your pricing online and delivered to the Agency the sealed 10-tab “hard copy†submittal, no other action is required you part (as the eProcurement Marketplace is a sealed software, we cannot see the pricing submitted until after the submittal deadline has past, and we will keep each sealed “hard copy†submittal safe and sealed until after the submittal deadline has past).
