PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this RFP, you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this RFP with a proposal submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid". Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this RFP.

(1) QUESTION. Does your authority use a fee accountant, or do you have all accounting performed in house with a Controller or Chief Financial Officer?
AGENCY RESPONSE. The Paducah Housing Authority has a Director of Finance and an accounting staff. All accounting activities are performed in house.

(2) QUESTION. What software do you use to process tenant accounting transactions?
AGENCY RESPONSE. Currently the Agency utilizes Yardi Voyager 7S for its accounting and banking needs.

(3) QUESTION. Could you provide a copy of your previous audit so programs, findings or other required supplementary information could be viewed?
AGENCY RESPONSE. Please see Attachment No. 1 to view the FYE 03.31.19 Audited Financial Statements.

(4) QUESTION. Have you had any other external audits or reviews conducted in the past year besides your annual independent auditor report? For example IG, HUD, etc.
AGENCY RESPONSE. No, we have not had any other external audits conducted in the past year.

(5) QUESTION. Has there been any changes in key management personnel since the last audit period – upper management?
AGENCY RESPONSE. No, we have not had any changes in key management personnel since the last audit period.
