PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this RFP, you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this RFP with a proposal submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid". Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this RFP.

(1) QUESTION. I think there is a Form 990 mentioned. If so, can you furnish a copy of the Form 990?
AGENCY RESPONSE. This form has a lot of sensitive information that we would prefer to not issue as a part of a public process. We will ensure the successful proposer has access to that information.

(2) QUESTION. Page 10 of the RFP document (Item 3.2.1) makes reference to “Attachment J”. I could not locate this attachment. Is there an “Attachment J” or this just an error in the RFP?
AGENCY RESPONSE. The reference to “Attachment J” in Section 3.2.1 is a typo and we hereby delete the following language from both sentences of that Section: “Except as otherwise provide for pertaining to Attachment J,” Accordingly, Section 3.2.1 will now correctly read as follows: “The proposed fees shall be submitted by the proposer and received by the Agency where provided for on the eProcurement Marketplace only. Do not submit, enter, or refer to any fees or costs within the sealed 10-tab “hard copy” proposal submittal detailed within the preceding Section 3.0 herein—any proposer that does so may, at the Agency’s discretion, be rejected without further consideration.” We are very grateful that this error in language was pointed out to us.
