PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this RFP, you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this RFP with a proposal submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid". Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this RFP.
(1) REVISION TO INFORMATION ISSUED. Please see the revised RFP Attachment H. Proposers shall utilize this version of Attachment H to complete and return as instructed as a part of your proposal submittal. The revisions to this form are as follows:
(1a) We revised the “Service Description” within Sections 1.1, 1.1.1, 1.5, 1.5.1.
(1b) We deleted Section 1.5.2.
(1c) We deleted Sections 2.5 and 2.6.
(1d) We renumbered line “2.7” to “2.5”.
(2) EXTENSION OF DEADLINES.
(2a) The Deadline to Ask Questions if hereby extended until 3:00 PM CT on Monday, April 20, 2020; and
(2b) The Deadline to Submit Proposals is hereby extended until 3:00 PM CT on Wednesday, April 29, 2020.
(2c) We are issuing these extensions of the noted deadlines because our current coverage ends on June 30, 2020, and it is our understanding that firms will have a difficult time quoting costs prior to the new deadlines.
(3) ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. We acknowledge that there are several questions asked that we have not yet responded to. We are working on those responses.
