PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this RFP, you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this RFP with a proposal submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid". Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this RFP.

(1) QUESTION. Can we have a copy of the prior year Auditor’s Communication?
AGENCY RESPONSE. We are not comfortable publicly issuing all of our communications with the previous auditor. We will ensure the successful proposer has access to that information.

(2) QUESTION. Does the auditor prepare the financial statements or does the housing authority?
AGENCY RESPONSE. The auditor prepares the audited financial statements.

(3) QUESTION. Are documents such as invoices maintained electronically or in paper?
AGENCY RESPONSE. The documents such as invoices are maintained on paper.

(4) QUESTION. The RFP states that fieldwork must be performed after June 30. Typically, we perform planning procedures such as inquiries and walk throughs of controls prior to the fiscal year end for clients. Is that possible or does it all need to be done after June 30?
AGENCY RESPONSE. Prior to year-end is difficult if the auditors are planning to come on site. We will work with the successful proposer to adjust some of the dates noted to accommodate both the successful proposer and the Housing Authority of Paducah.
