(1) QUESTION. Will you give us an idea of the volume of work that could be expected if we were granted the contract?
AGENCY RESPONSE. As stated in the RFP 1.0 Document, Section 3.3.1, the Agency does not guarantee any minimum or maximum amount of work as a result of any award ensuing from this RFP, as the ensuing contract most likely will be a Requirements Contract, in that the Agency shall retain one contractor only and shall retain the right to order from that contractor (successful proposer), on a task order basis, any amount of services the Agency requires. However, regarding evictions, in 2018 there were 39 completed evictions. In 2019 there were 61 completed evictions. In 2019, the Housing Authority of Paducah paid a total of $68,446.82 in legal services.
