We have received the following request for information and hereby respond:
(1) QUESTION. [Are]the flat fees we propose for the eviction work (e.g., Drafting Complaint) …… inclusive or exclusive of filing fees?
AGENCY RESPONSE. Exclusive. The Agency will either reimburse the successful proposer for pre-approved court fees paid by the successful proposer (at the exact cost of the fees—no markup) or will pay such fees directly to the court of jurisdiction.
