PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this RFP you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this RFP with a proposal submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid." Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this RFP.
Please take notice of the information following:
(1) PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE. Attached hereto for your perusal is a copy of the Sign-in Sheet pertaining to the Pre-proposal Conference that was recently held on September 22,2021.
(1a) Please note that this Pre-proposal conference was, pursuant to relevant HUD procurement regulation, not mandatory, so be aware that there may be (and probably are) additional firms that did not attend this Pre-proposal that may intend to respond with a proposal.
(1b) We do not publish any minutes pertaining to the Pre-proposal. At this Conference we only addressed information already issued. We did not address any questions that are not already defined in the RFP, but directed all potential proposers to send any questions to us in writing and, once received, we will respond to such questions by issuance of an addendum that will be available to all potential proposers.
(2) CLARIFICATION. There is an error in the 1.0 RFP Document, on page 3; The PROPOSAL SUBMITAL DEADLINE is Wednesday, October 13 at 3:00PM.
(3) SECOND OPPORTUNITY FOR A VIDEO CONFERENCE TO REVIEW THE RFP. We offered an option to video conference into the meeting on September 22, but we experienced technical difficulties and the callers were unable to hear. We are offering a second video conference TODAY, September 23, 2021 at 2:00PM which is open to all proposers who would like to join in.
We will be using VONAGE for our video conference (please use the link below). PLEASE NOTE: If you join from your computer, you should be able to click the link provided. If you are planning on using your phone, you will need to download the app before joining in.
