PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this QSP, you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this QSP with a quote submittal, you may want to access the Internet System and mark "No Bid". Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this QSP.
(1) MINOR REVISION TO ATTACHMENT A. Please note this very minor correction to the noted form attached to this QSP: Thereon within the heading of this form it states that it is “Attachment C.” This incorrect—we hereby officially revise this form to read “Attachment A.” This correction will not require any further effort on the part of the quoters.
(2) EXTENSION OF DEADLINES. Please note the following extensions:
(2a) The deadline to ask questions is hereby extended until 3:00 p.m. on Monday, February 15, 2016 (we strongly encourage all potential quoters to deliver to us in writing any questions that they may have); and
(2b) The deadline to submit quotes (especially, pricing) is hereby extended until 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 24, 2016.
