MPHA held a non-mandatory pre-quote conference on March 27, 2017. Attached is a copy of the sign-in sheet from the conference. MPHA cautions all prospective quoters that, as this conference was not mandatory, there may be (and probably are) additional firms that did not attend the conference that may intend to submit a quote. As a result of the conference, MPHA received the following requests for information and hereby responds to each:

Agency Response. Please bag the goose droppings and haul them off-site.

(3) Question. In the bottom right corner of Attachment E, there is small square area that is not highlighted; is the Contractor responsible for that area?

(4) Question. Is the Contractor responsible to trim around all obstacles within the highlighted area (i.e. grills, bushes, poles, etc.)?
Agency Response. Yes. Per Section 2.1 Lawn Cutting, The Contractor shall also weed whip around all trees, shrubs, poles, and fence lines.
