We hereby correct the following information published within the attachments:
(1) MPHA has added some additional language regarding Contract Period under Section 5.0 “Contract Award” on page 17:
5.6 Contract Period. The MPHA anticipates that it will initially award a contract for the period of 1 year with the option, at the MPHA’s discretion, of 4 additional one-year option periods, for a total maximum contract period of 5 years.
MPHA received the following requests for information and hereby responds to each:
(1) Question. Can you tell us what this this work was previously done for?
Agency Response. In the past, we had a contract for grass cutting only and the area was a little different, so it’s not an apples to apples comparison.
