PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB) you will continue to receive these notices. If you do not plan to respond to this IFB with a bid submittal, you may want to access the Internet System and mark "No Bid." Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this IFB.
(1) DEADLINE EXTENSIONS: Due to Hurricane Irma and in an effort to allow for adequate competition and participation, the following Deadlines have been revised again.
1.1 QUESTION/ANSWER (Q/A) Cutoff Date/Time: 9/28/17, 02:00 PM (Please utilized this additional time to submit any questions you have regarding this IFB.)
1.2 BID Due Date/Time: 10/5/17, 02:00 PM
Please make a note of these changes. The dates listed in Table No. 2, on Page 3 of the 01.0-Floor Covering Services (IFB Document) are not correct.
(2) CLARIFICATION: Please see the following list of items pertaining to this IFB:
2.1 Pricing Line Items are an anticipated amount of units per year and are estimated per bedroom size.
2.2 Contractor will be given individual task orders, per the scope, and will submit invoices to the agency for payment once each task order is completed.
2.3 The Agency runs accounts payable every 2 weeks and will pay each properly submitted invoice on the next A/P run.
2.4 This IFB is not a Davis-Bacon wage project. Certified payroll records are not required. Maintenance Wage rates will apply and the MWRD Form HUD-52158 is Attachment G-3 of this IFB.
2.5 A Hardcopy Bid Submittal, per instruction in sections 3.1 and 3.4 of the 01.0-Floor Covering Services (IFB Document), and an On-Line Bid Submittal, per instruction in section 3.2 of the 01.0 Document, are both due by the deadline listed above.
(3) GAUGE LEVEL OF INTEREST: So that we can gauge the level of interest in this IFB, if you have not previously done so, please indicate, where provided within the Internet system, as to whether or not (i.e. "Will Submit" or "No Bid") you anticipate delivering to us a bid submittal in response to this IFB.
