PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this RFP you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this RFP with a proposal submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid." Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this RFP.
We have received the following request for information and hereby respond:
(1) QUESTION. What is the anticipated award date?
AGENCY RESPONSE. Subject to Board approval, the Agency anticipates to award a contract pursuant to the IFB by April 2, 2018.
(2) QUESTION. Is the expected completion date of the modernization 200 days from award?
AGENCY RESPONSE. Please refer to Section 2.1.2.21 of Document 1.0 of the IFB, which reads as follows:
“Time of Completion. The Contractor shall commence work under the ensuing contract on a date to be specified within the Notice to Proceed form issued by the Agency, and shall fully complete all work thereunder within 200 consecutive calendar days from said date. NOTE: Any bidder that may have any concerns pertaining to the noted “200 day” may bring this up at the Pre-bid Conference. Normal working hours shall be Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST). All other working hours require pre-approval. Provide a minimum five (5) working days for approval and planning.”
If your firm has concerns regarding the 200 day time frame specified for completion, please raise the issue for discussion at the Pre-bid Conference. The Agency is open to receiving feedback from prospective contractors regarding the feasibility of the time of completion specified in the IFB.
