PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this IFB, you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this IFB with a bid submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid". Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this IFB.
(1) COMPLETION OF WORK. Within Section 2.2.21 of the IFB 1.0 Document we stated:
(1a) ORIGINAL LANGUAGE ISSUED. “The Contractor shall commence work under the ensuing contract on a date to be specified within the Notice to Proceed form issued by the Agency and shall fully complete all work thereunder within 100 consecutive calendar days from said date.”
(1b) REVISED LANGUAGE NOW BEING ISSUED. This is hereby revised as follows: “The Contractor shall commence work under the ensuing contract on a date to be specified within the Notice to Proceed form issued by the Agency and shall fully complete all work thereunder by no later than July 31, 2018.” We acknowledge that, whereas the Bid Submittal Deadline is June 13, 2018, we will need to move quickly as to award after that date, and we intend to do so.
