We have received the following request for information and hereby respond:
(1) QUESTION. Are the buildings available for viewing?
AGENCY RESPONSE. Yes, the office buildings/common area (Site No. 1-4) are available for viewing. Please contact Casey Blakely at 217-632-7723 to setup an appointment. Please ensure all appointments are scheduled before the Bid Due Date, August 8th, 2018. Please be advised the resident properties (Sites 5-10) are not available for viewing. However, we would like to inform 1 BR units start at 720 sq. ft. and increase in size up to 1700 sq. ft. for a 4 BR unit.
(2) QUESTION. What are the ongoing pest problems?
AGENCY RESPONSE. Other than regular monthly sprayings, the biggest issue is bedbugs. Seldom, do we experience other pest issues (fleas, etc.).
