(1) CORRECTIONS TO THE INFORMATION ISSUED. Within the IFB 1.0 Document issued, the following information is hereby revised as detailed:
(1a) Within Sections 2.2.9 and 2.2.19 the incorrect word “Kentucky” is hereby revised to correctly read “Georgia;” and
(1b) Within Section 2.2.19 the incorrect word “McCracken” is hereby revised to correctly read “Baldwin.”
(1c) Whereas the following documents pertain to construction-related issues, we hereby place an asterisk (“*”) in front of the Document “Description” for the following documents listed within Table No. 4 (NOTE: This asterisk is as detailed within Section 3.8.11 of the same Table No. 4):
(1c1) Attachment B-1, “form HUD-5369-A (11/92), Representations, Certifications, and Other Statements of Bidders, Public and Indian Housing Programs;”
