PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this IFB, you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this IFB with a bid submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid". Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this IFB.

We have received the following requests for information and hereby respond to each:

(1) QUESTION. Part 3 Section E_9.0 Attachment H Revised: Please verify the Contractor Warranty on materials and workmanship as listed in the addendum dated 09/24/2018. Listed as a 5 year warranty There appears to be a conflict with the bonding company. Bonding agency noted 1-year max maybe 2 years. Please clarify.
AGENCY RESPONSE. The Agency requires a 5-year warranty for the completed work.

(2) QUESTION. Part 3 Section C7 of 9.0 Attachment H Revised: Replace outlets, switches, plastic covers up to code per city codes regulations and specs. How can we determine what units need to be replaced prior to biding? We want to ensure that we account for repair.
AGENCY RESPONSE. Please include the cost of replacing all switch plates (not outlets) in your pricing.

(3) QUESTION. Do you have a list of approved vendors to purchase the cabinets and countertops?
AGENCY RESPONSE. No, contractors are free to procure the items from whom they wish.

(4) QUESTION. Once the contract has been awarded can you verify the anticipated start date and completion date of the project?
AGENCY RESPONSE. Please see Section 1.0 of the IFB.
